Long-term rental and maintenance of new refrigerated light and heavy vehicles

Summary

Synergies Communes, coordinated by Tables Communes, is procuring seven-year framework agreements for the long-term rental and maintenance of new refrigerated vehicles used to deliver food and meals for collective catering. Lot 1 covers light and light commercial vehicles, with an indicative value of €20 million and a maximum order volume of €40 million; its subsequent-contract categories cover vehicles with capacities of 4–6, 6–8 and 8–14 m³. Lot 2 covers heavy vehicles, with an indicative value of €8 million and a maximum order volume of €16 million; its categories cover vehicles of 3.5–7 tonnes and over 7 tonnes. Vehicles may use diesel, petrol or electric power, depending on the category, and include temperature-controlled bodies and associated maintenance.
