Satisfaction and fare-evasion surveys for Optibus/Optiguide, TCL Interurban and CAVBS

Summary

Sytral Mobilités is procuring annual user satisfaction surveys and fare-evasion surveys for its mobility services. The contract is divided into three lots: satisfaction surveys for Optibus and Optiguide; satisfaction surveys for TCL Interurban and CAVBS; and fare-evasion surveys for TCL Interurban and CAVBS. The framework agreements run for up to five years for Lot 1 and up to eight years for Lots 2 and 3; the estimated maximum total value is EUR 400,000.
