Framework agreement for the supply, integration and development of generative AI tools and the evolution of the information system

Summary

The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Public Land Establishment (EPFNA) is procuring professional generative AI licences in standard and expert versions, meeting-minutes assistant licences, licence management and support, custom AI agents, and services for interoperability and information-system development. The single-supplier framework agreement covers four service blocks and will be performed through purchase orders; the tools and volumes will be determined when orders are placed.
