Renovation of the Bullier restaurants and creation of a central production unit

Summary

Crous de Paris is procuring works to renovate the Bullier university restaurants and create a central production unit in Paris. The works cover seven lots: site setup and structural work, partitions and ceilings; clearance and asbestos removal; metalwork and interior joinery; floor and wall finishes and painting; plumbing and HVAC; electrical installations; and lifts. The project also includes professional kitchen equipment and dining-area furniture, refurbishment of building services, and connection to the district heating network to replace gas. The works are planned to last 15 months.
