Micro-Folie cultural centre: renovation and vertical extension of the former town hall for offices and exhibition space

Summary

The Municipality of Petite-Île is procuring electrical and audiovisual works for the renovation and reconfiguration of an existing Creole building as a cultural centre and Micro-Folie space. The building project includes a vertical extension for administrative offices, a meeting room and sanitary facilities, and ground-floor spaces for the Micro-Folie, FabLab, reception, cafeteria and a multi-purpose room, with a new lift. This notice covers the relaunch of the original electrical lot, now divided into Lot 5 for strong- and weak-current electrical installations and Lot 8 for audiovisual works.
