Energy renovation advice in Haute-Gironde – ICARE Platform 2027

Summary

The Grand Cubzaguais Community of Municipalities is procuring a 12-month service to operate the ICARE France Rénov’ advice platform in Haute-Gironde. The service provides residents with neutral, free information, advice and guidance on home energy renovation, housing adaptation, substandard housing and condominiums, including enhanced advice and orientation visits. The framework agreement will be performed through purchase orders, with unit prices; its estimated maximum value is EUR 109,908. It does not include regulated Mon Accompagnateur Rénov’ support, regulatory audits, project management or construction works.
