Reconfiguration of the IPAG gymnasium changing rooms and renovation of the sanitary facilities in Building 28 on the Beaulieu campus

Summary

The University of Rennes is procuring works to reconfigure the changing rooms at the IPAG gymnasium and renovate the sanitary facilities in Building 28 on the Beaulieu campus. The six separate lots cover asbestos removal and demolition; carpentry and partitions; painting and floor finishes; electrical works; heating, ventilation and plumbing; and external joinery. Lot 6 concerns IPAG only. The works are expected to take 22 weeks, excluding the preparation period.
