Rental of dedicated dark L2 fibre and very-high-speed dedicated L2 fibre internet access without a fixed-term commitment

Summary

The Municipality of Créteil is procuring, in a single lot, the rental of dedicated dark L2 fibre and very-high-speed dedicated L2 fibre internet and inter-site links. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with annual orders ranging from €0 to €54,000 excluding VAT, for a term beginning in 2027 and renewable up to a maximum end date of 31 December 2030. The scope includes supplying, installing, configuring, commissioning, supervising and maintaining the access links; internet access must provide at least 10 Gbps of guaranteed, symmetrical internet transit, and inter-site links must provide at least 10 Gbps.
