Tree condition assessments for Lille, Lomme and Hellemmes

Summary

The City of Lille is procuring tree-condition and tree-hazard assessments for Lille and its associated municipalities of Lomme and Hellemmes in three lots: basic assessments, in-depth hazard assessments, and hazard assessments using pulling tests. Each lot is a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, no minimum amount and a maximum amount of €150,000, €400,000 and €280,000 excluding VAT respectively.
