Routine cleaning of the Lichtenberg District Office administrative building

Summary

The Lichtenberg District Office is procuring routine cleaning of its administrative building at Egon-Erwin-Kisch-Straße 106 in Berlin, which serves public-facing municipal services and has around 100 employees. The work covers office and meeting rooms, public and circulation areas, sanitary rooms, kitchens and other spaces, including regular floor cleaning, periodic deep cleaning and replenishment of hygiene and waste supplies. The building includes approximately 2,435 m² of linoleum/PVC flooring in office and meeting rooms and 302 m² of textile flooring in the open-plan office. The contract is scheduled to start on 1 January 2027 and may run for up to 48 months.
