Cleaning services at Europarque

Summary

Feira Viva – Culture and Sport is procuring regular cleaning and event-support cleaning at the Europarque complex in Santa Maria da Feira for 2027–2028. Regular service covers the administrative building and business centre for eight hours each working day, while event cleaning is ordered as needed across the venue’s auditoriums, halls, meeting rooms and support areas. The contract has a maximum value of EUR 184,590 excluding VAT, comprising up to EUR 60,960 for regular cleaning over 24 months and up to EUR 123,630 for event cleaning, including a maximum of 4,290 daytime and 3,510 night, weekend and public-holiday worker-hours.
