Consultancy to prepare and conduct the cleaning services tender

Summary

The University of Rostock is procuring external consultancy to prepare and support the procurement of routine and basic cleaning services at its locations; glass cleaning is excluded. The work covers preparation of the tender documents and support with the procurement process and evaluation for seven planned lots, covering approximately 195,000 m² and an estimated annual contract value of €2.4 million gross. An optional third phase covers implementation of the new cleaning contracts and introduction of a quality assurance system, including quality checks across all seven lots.
