Summary

The Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region is procuring the assignment and annual review of its long- and short-term issuer ratings, ratings for its short-term negotiable debt (NEU CP) and Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programmes, and specific ratings for issuances under the EMTN programme. The services are not divided into lots because they are interdependent. The contract combines a fixed-price component with a call-off framework agreement capped at €30,000 excluding VAT over two years; both components may be renewed once, for a maximum total duration of four years.
