Cleaning and maintenance services for buildings, schools, after-school facilities and municipal equipment

Summary

This procurement covers three lots of cleaning and maintenance services in Coupvray under a framework agreement. Lot 1 involves cleaning of educational establishments, school restaurants and ALSH facilities; Lot 2 covers cleaning of municipal buildings and equipment; Lot 3 concerns cleaning of glass surfaces. The price structure is defined in the BPU (fixed and variable parts) and the DQE (estimated quantities). Maximum contract amounts are: Lot 1 600,000 EUR, Lot 2 240,000 EUR, and Lot 3 120,000 EUR (all excluding VAT). Bids must comply with environmental requirements by using eco-labeled products (ECOLABEL NF Environnement or equivalent) and provide product data sheets, safety data sheets, and certificates. The contract includes personnel organization, safety, and quality control requirements; and monitoring of service delivery.
