Design and supply of customised communication materials to promote the City of Perpignan

Summary

The City of Perpignan is procuring a purchase-order framework agreement for the design and supply of customised promotional and communication items in five lots: personalised promotional products; personalised communication materials; custom banners and tarpaulins; official flags; and photo-booth rental and operation. The stated annual maximum amounts are €170,000 for lot 1 and €35,000 each for lots 2, 3 and 5, and €140,000 for lot 4, excluding VAT. The initial term is 12 months from 19 January 2027, with up to three renewals.
