Rental and installation of temporary structures, event furnishings and stage equipment

Summary

The Vendée Department is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement, without a minimum purchase amount, for rental and installation services in the Vendée. Lot 1 covers temporary structures, event furnishings and related equipment for non-cultural events, with a maximum value of €800,000 excluding VAT. Lot 2 covers temporary structures, stage equipment and accessories for cultural events, with a maximum value of €1,900,000 excluding VAT. The agreement is planned to start in January 2027 and run for 48 months.
