Workshops for Older Adults and Citizen Participation in Mutxamel

Summary

Mutxamel Municipality is procuring, in six lots, courses and workshops for older adults and adults: dance, line dancing, painting, sewing, health and cinema. The contractor must deliver the sessions in municipal facilities, provide instructors and the necessary materials, and replace absent staff. Services run each year for 26 weeks from January to June and 14 weeks from October to December; there is no teaching activity from July to September. The contracts start on 1 January 2027, last two years and may be extended by a further two years. The total budget for the initial period is EUR 84,800 including VAT, and the estimated value including the possible extension is EUR 140,165.28 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically for each lot separately. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements and provide staff with the qualifications required for the selected lot. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation, relevant instructor experience from the last five years for 25%, additional relevant training for 25%, and free additional workshop hours for up to 10%. No provisional guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% of the offered price excluding VAT and operating liability insurance of at least EUR 150,000.
