Coordination of Barcelona museums’ and heritage centres’ participation in Museum Night 2027–2028, with an option to extend for 2029

The procurement is for technical coordination of museums’ and heritage centres’ participation in Barcelona and its metropolitan area in Museum Night in 2027 and 2028, with an option to extend the service for the 2029 event. Tasks include liaising with and coordinating participating centres, arranging meetings and registrations, gathering and transferring programme details and contact information, supporting the communications campaign, monitoring activities on site, responding to incidents, and compiling participation data and final reports. Services run from February to May, with an estimated 225 hours per year; incidents reported by ICUB must be addressed within 24 working hours. The maximum bid price is EUR 18,620.12 excluding VAT (EUR 22,530.34 including VAT); the estimated total contract value including the possible extension is EUR 27,930.18 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must submit a technical proposal of no more than five pages and demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and the coordinator’s qualifications and experience. Offers are scored on the technical proposal (up to 30 points), price (35), the coordinator’s additional experience (up to 25), and evidence of Catalan C1 proficiency (up to 10).
