Work Ability Coaching Services

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring work ability coaching services for its employees in two lots: remote virtual coaching for individuals or groups, and hybrid group coaching combining remote and in-person sessions, including individual coaching meetings. One provider will be selected for each lot. The contract has a two-year initial term and two optional one-year extensions, with a maximum value of EUR 800,000 excluding VAT; the buyer makes no commitment to purchase any minimum volume.
