Cleaning and hygiene services for thermal equipment

Summary

The Municipality of Amarante is procuring cleaning and hygiene services for the natural mineral water circuits and preventive maintenance of the thermal equipment at the Amarante thermal baths from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The contract covers 3,600 service hours in total (100 hours per month), including weekday opening and closing procedures, Saturday circuit cleaning and Sunday flushing and equipment tests. It also includes minor repairs and replacement of wear parts supplied by the municipality, support during scheduled water sampling, basic operating guidance for staff and same-day technical assistance when faults are reported.
