Architectural design framework agreement for 2027–2028, with options for 2029 and 2030

Summary

The City of Jyväskylä and the other members of its procurement group are seeking a framework agreement for principal and architectural design services for 2027–2028, with possible options for 2029 and 2030. The procurement has two lots: the investment projects lot covers design for new buildings and renovations, including reference, project and site-use plans; the maintenance lot covers design for annual repairs, minor improvements and similar small repair works valued at up to EUR 60,000. Fast response and the ability to attend a site at short notice are important for maintenance assignments. Separate framework agreements will be made for the two lots, with four service providers selected for each. A bidder may submit an offer for both lots but may participate in only one; if selected for both, it chooses which lot to participate in.
