Open request for information: Remote management and monitoring service for traffic lights

Summary

The City of Kerava is gathering market information for a planned remote management and monitoring service for traffic lights; this request for information is not a contract notice. The planned service would connect 23 traffic-light controllers and provide centralised monitoring and control, a map-based equipment status view, access to traffic-count data and signal timing plans, and user management. It would support the city’s existing ITC-2b and ITC-3 controllers, including mini units, and connect to Finland’s national HALI service; nine traffic-light locations currently have 4G communications equipment.
