Procurement of Technical Surveys, Investigations and Design Services for Facilities 2026

Summary

The City of Espoo and its subsidiaries are procuring a four-year framework agreement for technical services relating to their facilities, with service delivery scheduled to begin on 21 January 2027. The seven areas cover structural design for new buildings, renovations and maintenance or alteration works; acoustic and fire-safety design; demolition and reuse expertise; specialist assessments and investigations; laboratory services for materials and indoor environments; and circular-economy and lifecycle-planning expertise. The estimated total value is €21.9 million excluding VAT, and the agreement will run for up to four years, ending no later than 20 January 2031.
