Construction project management and site supervision for 2027–2028, with options

Summary

The City of Jyväskylä and its procurement consortium are seeking a framework agreement for client-side construction project management and construction site supervision for 2027–2028, with options for 2029 and 2030. Bidders may tender for project management, site supervision or both. Four framework partners will be selected for each service area, based on the four lowest-priced bids that meet the minimum requirements. The estimated contract value is EUR 2,000,000 and the maximum value is EUR 2,200,000. The maximum is not a commitment to purchase services up to that value; the framework may end if the ceiling is reached before the contract or option period expires.
