Design, construction, construction management consultancy and maintenance services for a relocatable customer-service facility at Joutseno Reception Centre (PAKTILA)

Summary

The Finnish Immigration Service is procuring a new relocatable customer-service facility for the Joutseno Reception Centre, with the building intended for year-round use. The procurement has two lots: turnkey design and construction of the facility, including permits, building systems, commissioning and handover, together with maintenance; and construction management consultancy, including site supervision and safety coordination through the design, construction, handover and warranty phases.
