Metropolia University of Applied Sciences Oy is procuring tuning services for its 30 pianos and 15 grand pianos, together with maintenance and repair services. Grand pianos are tuned four times a year and pianos three times a year; tuning may also include vacuuming inside the instruments and, when needed, voicing and other agreed maintenance or repairs. The framework agreement will include up to three suppliers.
