Small Building Services Works in Lempäälä

Summary

Kuntien Hankintapalvelut KuHa Oy is procuring building-services contracting, repair and maintenance work for Lempäälä municipality’s properties and those of its wholly owned subsidiaries. The framework agreement is divided into five lots: electrical work, plumbing, building automation using Fidelix, building automation using Schneider, and ventilation work. Work will be ordered as needed at hourly rates or as small fixed-price contracts valued below EUR 60,000 excluding VAT; no minimum volume is guaranteed. The contract is planned for 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with an option to extend it for 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2030.
