Mediatalo Third-Floor Space Alterations

Summary

Yleisradio Oy is procuring renovation and space-alteration works on the third floor of the B–C–D section of Mediatalo at Uutiskatu 5 in Helsinki. The works include building, electrical, ventilation, plumbing and building automation work and will be carried out in three phases while the floor remains in use, including for broadcasts. Work is scheduled to start in February 2027 and must be completed and handed over by 3 December 2027; noise restrictions apply during construction.
