Renovation and extension of Stoa Cultural Centre – procurement of a project management contractor

The City of Helsinki is procuring a project management contractor for the renovation and extension of Stoa Cultural Centre. The works include project management, construction and building services, and are planned as a collaborative project management contract with a development phase. The project is estimated at approximately 18,750 gross floor m²: 11,310 m² for renovation and alteration and 7,440 m² for the extension.
