Helen Group heating, plumbing, ventilation and cooling works framework agreement

Summary

Helen Oy is establishing a framework agreement for heating, plumbing, ventilation and cooling (LVIJ) works for the Helen Group in Helsinki. The scope includes installation, dismantling and modification of systems; cleaning, inspection, measurement and adjustment; and insulation and sheet-metal work, mainly as contracts, with smaller defined tasks ordered on an hourly basis. The framework agreement has a maximum value of EUR 40 million excluding VAT and may run until 30 November 2035.
