Photography services framework agreement 2027–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

The City of Helsinki’s Culture and Leisure Division is procuring photography services under a framework agreement for 2027–2028, with an option for 2029–2030. The three lots cover architecture, the built environment and landscape photography; communications and marketing photography, including event photography; and photography project packages. Up to three service providers will be selected for each lot. The estimated maximum value is EUR 490,000 excluding VAT over a possible 48-month term; the buyer does not undertake to purchase any minimum volume.
