Procurement of Hospital Beds, Hospital Furniture and Medicine Cabinets

Summary

The Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county is procuring hospital beds and patient tables, examination and procedure tables, medicine cabinets and medicine refrigerators, other hospital furniture and accessories, gynaecological examination tables, and carts and logistics furniture. The procurement is divided into six lots and will establish a lot-specific framework agreement with two suppliers per lot, or up to three suppliers for lots 2, 4 and 6 if needed to ensure coverage of all specified product positions. The contract is planned to run for two years from 1 January 2027, with an option to extend by up to two years; the estimated value for the four-year period is approximately €900,000–€1.1 million excluding VAT.
