Building automation works framework agreement 2027–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

Mäntsälä Municipality, Kiinteistö Oy Mäntsälän Toimistotalo and Mäntsälän Sotekiinteistöt Oy are procuring building automation work for their properties under a framework agreement. The work is divided into two lots covering Deos and Struxture systems and includes maintenance, fault repairs, minor alterations, fixed-price projects, hourly work and system operation. The agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with options to extend it for one year at a time through 31 December 2030; the aim is to appoint three suppliers to each lot.
