Technical maintenance on-call, property maintenance cover and winter maintenance on-call at Hyytiälä Forest Station

Summary

Helsingin yliopiston kiinteistöpalvelut Oy is procuring services for Hyytiälä Forest Station in two lots. Lot 1 covers round-the-clock technical maintenance on-call, including standby staff, receipt of fault reports by telephone and alerts by text message, handling urgent faults and disruptions, and property maintenance cover. Lot 2 covers on-call winter maintenance of outdoor areas, including snow response on weekends and public holidays and cover for the property caretaker during annual leave and other agreed absences.
