Lahti Energia Oy district heating meters and remote-reading service

Summary

Lahti Energia Oy is procuring district heating meters, related accessories, installation work, and the systems and services needed for metering and remote reading. The scope includes service maintenance, commissioning, and planning and management of a large-scale meter replacement project, with an option for a field tool; existing meters using the new IoT communications technology will also be connected to the remote-reading service. The transition to the new meters and communications technology is planned for 2027–2029, with an intended technology lifetime extending at least to 2045. There is no fixed purchase obligation, and actual quantities may differ from the estimates.
