Helsinki–Riihimäki capacity increase, phase 2 construction management and supervision services, additional procurement

Summary

Väylävirasto is procuring construction management consultancy and railway works supervision services for the additional funding portion of phase 2 of the Helsinki–Riihimäki rail capacity expansion project, under a framework agreement. Tasks may include safety coordination, management and supervision of railway electrical and signalling systems construction, design management consultancy, and supervision of bridge and track works. The estimated service volume is approximately EUR 1,500,000 per year and EUR 10,000,000 over the full framework term, excluding VAT; the agreement will run for four years and may include four one-year extension options.
