Framework Agreement for Building Automation Works, Drive and Trend 2027–2028

Summary

The City of Helsinki is procuring a framework agreement for maintenance, repair, renewal and construction work on building automation systems in its public buildings and properties. The procurement has two lots: Drive, with an estimated value of EUR 1,850,000 and a maximum value of EUR 2,250,000 excluding VAT; and Trend, with an estimated value of EUR 550,000 and a maximum value of EUR 690,000 excluding VAT. The combined estimated value is EUR 2,400,000 and the maximum value is EUR 2,940,000 excluding VAT.
