Market dialogue notice for remote care procurement

Summary

This is a market dialogue by the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County, not a contract notice or invitation to tender. In preparation for a possible remote care procurement, the authority is seeking information about suppliers’ interest and their ability to provide an integrated digital solution. The service is intended to support individual and group remote visits and may include customer devices, device setup and management, connectivity, user access management, support, maintenance, incident resolution, reporting, information security, data protection, logging, integrations and further development. The current remote home care service has about 400 active clients and handles approximately 14,000–15,000 remote contacts per month. Interested suppliers are invited to submit an expression of interest through the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal by 16 October 2026 at 12:00. The preliminary plan is to hold supplier-specific dialogue sessions via Teams in weeks 44 and 45, with 1.5 hours allocated to each supplier. The final scope and allocation of responsibilities will be determined during the preparation process.
