Framework agreement for ventilation filters

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of ventilation filters to Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy and the other transport and infrastructure companies named in the tender. Filters will be ordered as needed; the framework agreement guarantees neither a minimum purchase volume nor exclusive supply rights. Up to three suppliers will be selected in ranking order, and orders will generally be placed with the highest-ranked supplier first. Filters must comply with SFS-EN ISO 16890 or meet equivalent performance requirements supported by reliable evidence; the minimum pre-filter requirement is Coarse 80%. The agreement runs for two years and may be extended by two further periods of two years, for a maximum term of six years. The estimated total value, including options, is EUR 1,065,000 excluding VAT. The deadline for submitting tenders is 6 November 2026.
