Leasing of a Robotic Scrubber-Dryer

Summary

The City of Laitila is seeking a robotic scrubber-dryer for its cleaning services under a 36-month operating lease. The procurement includes delivery at no freight charge and installation ready for use, user training for staff, Finnish-language operating instructions and a technical manual, and a three-year full-service maintenance agreement. Maintenance includes spare and consumable parts. The supplier must respond to maintenance or fault reports within two business days at most and provide remote and digital support in Finnish. If maintenance or repairs are expected to take four business days or longer, the supplier must provide a replacement machine. The machine must be suitable for the sports hall’s hard floors and its porous, soft-rubber running track. The areas to be cleaned include approximately 1,100 m² of sports flooring, 100 m² of linoleum, 200 m² of lobby and corridor flooring, a 470 m² rubber running track, 160 m² of plastic flooring in changing rooms, and 45 m² of safety flooring in shower rooms. The machine must be movable over individual thresholds using portable ramps and manually transferred to the cleaning centre after use; no automatic charging or docking station is available.
