Procurement of financial administration services – Kymenlaakso Regional Council

Summary

Kymenlaakso Regional Council is procuring financial administration and accounting services under an indefinite contract starting on 1 April 2027. The scope includes monthly payroll for 22 permanent employees and an average of five temporary employees, as well as quarterly remuneration calculations and payments for approximately 50 elected officials. It also covers travel and expense processing, management of employee absences and other personnel data, income-register reporting, and monthly, annual and statutory reporting. Offers are due by 12:00 on 21 October 2026. Price carries 40 points, relevant experience 30, service delivery and experts 20, and the implementation plan 10. The compliant offer with the highest total score will be selected.
