Exchange of experience on cormorant deterrence measures and planning of coordinated deterrence shootings for the Lake Constance Interreg project

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots and concerns an Interreg project on fish species protection and cormorant management in the Lake Constance region. Lot 1 covers an exchange of experience on cormorant deterrence measures, including research and evaluation of methods, a workshop, documentation of results and recommendations for fish species protection. Lot 2 covers the planning of coordinated cormorant deterrence shootings, including mapping the legal framework and relevant stakeholders, identifying suitable times and locations, and preparing a coordination concept for the entire Lake Constance region. The contract runs from award until 30 November 2028. The tender deadline is 5 October 2026 at 23:59. Lot 1 is evaluated on price (40%) and the quality of the workshop concept (60%); for Lot 2, price is the only award criterion. Participation requires evidence of the specified reference and personnel experience and submission of all required declarations and tender documents.
