Request for information: Project management services

Summary

Pääkaupunkiseudun Junakalusto Oy is gathering market information ahead of a possible competition for project management services and/or the supply of project managers through staff leasing. The services would relate to modifications, modernisation and investment projects involving rolling stock owned by the company. Suppliers are invited to provide information and views on suitable service models, available project management resources, skills and experience, resourcing, pricing and other matters relevant to preparing the future procurement. Interested companies are asked to respond to the information request and may also take part in an individual online market dialogue. Companies wishing to book a dialogue slot had to contact the buyer by 12:00 on 21 October 2026; meetings are planned for 29–30 October and 2 November 2026. This is not a contract notice or an invitation to tender, and responding is not a prerequisite for participating in a later competition. No compensation will be paid for responding or taking part in the dialogue. A formal procurement has not yet been launched; the preliminary plan was to publish the invitation to tender in November 2026 and sign the contract in January 2027.
