Framework Agreement for Electrical and Systems Works 2027–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

The tender covers electrical and building-systems installation, maintenance and repair work at properties owned by the Municipality of Mäntsälä and related property companies. It is divided into five lots: electrical installations; security and surveillance systems; fire and evacuation safety systems; audiovisual, public-address and meeting systems; and data communications and cabling systems. Bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots, and up to five framework suppliers are planned for each lot. The initial framework term runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions for 2029 and 2030. Individual assignments may last from about one hour to several months and will be ordered either at hourly rates or at a price separately competed among framework suppliers. The work must comply with the YSE 1998 general conditions and the tender or works documents for each assignment. If an individual assignment is estimated to exceed EUR 50,000 excluding VAT, the contracting authority may require a construction-period guarantee equal to 5% of the assignment’s estimated total value. For security-system work that legally requires a business licence or approval of installers, the contractor must demonstrate compliance before work begins. The submission deadline is 23 October 2026.
