Renovation of Oberthal Güdesweiler wastewater treatment plant (104) and renewal of Güdesweiler rainwater treatment

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of the Güdesweiler wastewater treatment plant (104) and the renewal of the rainwater treatment system. The contract includes the demolition of the existing pond clarifier and construction of a technical wastewater treatment plant with a Biocos process, including fine screen filtration and phosphate precipitation and sludge storage. The rainwater treatment system will also be renewed. A new functional building of about 190 m² will be constructed, including a workshop/warehouse, measurement room, toilet, NSHV/operational monitoring room, space for screening equipment, sand trap, blower/compressor room, and space for service water system. The contract covers all construction, machinery and E-/MSR-technology works and building services. The following works are included: demolition of reinforced concrete ca. 320 m³; excavation and processing of earth masses ca. 10,000 m³; delivery and installation of replacement floor ca. 8,500 m³; asphalt works ca. 2,000 m²; concrete production/installation ca. 900 m³; sheet pile wall construction ca. 700 m²; complete demolition of the operating building. All works include construction, machinery and E-/MSR-technology and building services.
