Construction Engineering Works Framework Agreement 2027–2028 (2029–2030)

Summary

The procurement covers construction, maintenance, repair and investment works at properties owned by the Municipality of Mäntsälä, Kiinteistö Oy Mäntsälän Toimistotalo and Mäntsälän Sotekiinteistöt Oy. The framework agreement covers eight work categories: carpentry; building sheet-metal work; tiling and waterproofing; painting, plastering and floor-covering work; bituminous roofing and waterproofing; asbestos and other hazardous-material removal; metal construction; and masonry and plastering. Work may include, for example, constructing, repairing and installing building components, roofing and surface-finishing work, and the safe removal and disposal of contaminated materials. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. Up to six compliant and economically most advantageous framework partners will be selected for each of the first three lots and up to four for each of the remaining five lots; fewer may be selected if there are too few bids or bids must be rejected. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with options to extend it for one year at a time in 2029 and 2030. Individual assignments may last from approximately one hour to several months. Work will be ordered as needed and paid for at hourly rates or awarded at a separately competed fixed contract price among the framework partners. The work will follow the YSE 1998 general conditions for construction contracts and project-specific tender documents.
