Locally accessible digital newspaper service

Summary

The procurement is for a locally accessible digital newspaper service for public libraries that are members of the FinELib Consortium. The service must provide a shared newspaper collection meeting the requirements, a user interface for accessing, browsing, searching and reading newspapers, and related support services. Users will be authenticated by IP address. One service provider will be selected. The contract will run for two years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it by up to two years. The estimated total value, including the optional period, is EUR 2,250,000–3,380,000 excluding VAT; the maximum value is EUR 3,380,000 excluding VAT.
