Summary

The tender covers the supply of locks and related hardware for the needs of the Satakunta wellbeing services county, including electronic and mechanical locks, fittings, keys and other accessories. It also covers installation, maintenance and lock-rekeying work, 24/7 on-call service, and consultancy related to creating electronic access areas. The procurement will establish a framework agreement with two suppliers. Orders will generally go to the supplier that submitted the most economically advantageous tender; if that supplier cannot perform the agreed work, the buyer may order it from the next supplier in the ranking. The buyer’s controlled subsidiaries may also use the agreement, but no orders from them are guaranteed. Time-tracking and access-control systems, as well as separately procured construction projects, are excluded. The tender submission deadline is 30 October 2026.
