Request for information on procuring UPS equipment and related installation and maintenance services for Finnish Customs

Summary

The Finnish Customs service, Tulli, is conducting market research among potential suppliers of UPS equipment. The planned procurement covers UPS units in several capacity classes and related installation and maintenance services. The equipment would replace units that have reached the end of their service life and supply new locations. Any regional division is preliminary and may be clarified later. Interested suppliers may participate in the market dialogue by emailing kilpailutukset@tulli.fi by 12 October 2026. The notice asks suppliers to describe their product range and maintenance needs, quality-control procedures and CE marking, installation and maintenance capabilities, geographical coverage in Finland, Norway and the Åland Islands, experience supplying public-sector premises, and the equipment’s country of manufacture and origin.
