Rental vehicles 2026-2027

Summary

The procurement concerns rental vehicles for the Kuopio and Varkaus campuses for 2026-2027. An option year for 2027-2028 is included, to be decided by the contracting authority at a later date. At Kuopio Microkatu 1 the arrangement includes two vehicles, and at Varkaus Opiskelijankatu 3 one vehicle. The vehicles belong to class 3 (large mid-size car with estate body). Power is plug-in hybrid and model year must be 2023 or newer. The contract period is 1 November 2026 to 28 May 2027. There is a downtime period from 14 December 2026 to 10 January 2027 during which rent cannot be charged. The annual mileage limit is 20,000 km per vehicle. The supplier must deliver the vehicles to the Client's campuses at Microkatu 1, Kuopio and Opiskelijankatu 3, Varkaus, and during downtime pick up the vehicles from the same locations.
